Stars Football League declared the macrocosm of a new Professional Spring Football League. The Stars Football League will start the play on Saturday nights commencement April 2, 2011, with a 10 to 12 game agenda.

The SFL will pay players and coaches using a salary cap for the conference. The league is restricted by a board of directors, oriented by the chairman of the board President, Peter(Pete) J. Huthwaite.
